Monika Kamycki represented me in both the sale of my home and purchase of the new one. They spent time upfront getting to know us and our needs – Monika is a careful listener, who registers clients’ preferences and concerns. She runs her team and clients as a tight ship. At first it felt very different from my prior experiences, but, in no time, I began to benefit from it. She assessed the sale property with her decorator - every detail (including accommodation for my elderly mother and our young, exuberant dog) was thought through, a competent contractor brought in for minor renovations, staging activities were organised efficiently with least disturbance to us. The viewings were coordinated by Ewelina so that I could continue working through the showing process. The offers process lasted for hours but I had to waste very little time on it since all negotiations were finalised, all offers summarised and comparison prepared for me to make the final decision. Monika will provide advice or warning when asked or when she deems it necessary to remind her client of factors the client may have forgotten or overlooked. Despite the uncertain financial times and a rapidly dropping house prices, our house was sold well over asking price. The house purchase process was very well organised – we were able to realistically assess our purchasing options and quickly bought our new house under the listed price.

Monika resolved our major renovation crisis due to an unreliable contractor by bringing in a perfectionist who has worked tireless to transform the new house into a home. To ameliorate our very bad experience with the moving process, Monik even helped us unpack so that we could regain semblance of normality. This is the fourth time we have sold and purchased a house but the first time we have used the same agent for both. Our overall experience with Monika Kamycki  has been extraordinary – we have been cared for like family rather than commission clients.
